In 2012, Matt and Rebekah decided to start a small business out of their shop to fill a need in the roofing industry. They bring a powerhouse combination of hands-on expertise and strategic business development to GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling. With a combined 30 years of experience and a shared passion for craftsmanship, customer-first service, and building lasting relationships, they have created a company that stands for integrity, quality, and innovation in the industry. At every turn, they pride themselves on prioritizing people over profits which has provided the backbone for their success.

GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling started in a small shop at their home, fueled by hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, it has grown into one of the most respected roofing, siding, and window companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area—a multi-million dollar business built on the principle of “no debt,” a financial foundation that doesn’t happen by accident. And they’re just getting started.

Together, Matthew and Rebekah have built GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling into more than just a business—they’ve created a company that values craftsmanship, trust, and the relationships built along the way.

Matt is our leader and grew up as a child with a passion for fixing things – always trying to use every tool he could get his hands on. Since 2012, Matt has completed and overseen 3000+ construction projects and insurance claims from start to finish. His incredibly high attention to detail, ability to prioritize people over profit, and personalized approach to every customer experience drive his success.

In his off time, he enjoys restoring classic cars in his shop, riding dirt bikes, and passing down the skills he has honed to his 2 sons.

Rebekah Elliott

Rebekah is a highly skilled Business Development professional with over a decade of experience. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset for partner relationships, her professional career has led her to secure both domestic and international contracts worth over $19 billion in Construction, Technology, Aerospace, and Merchandising. She is renowned for her ability to craft and execute winning bid strategies, maintain quality standards, and ensure a positive team environment that people strive to be a part of. In 2017, Rebekah became one of the youngest professionals to ever be certified with APMP for Professional Proposal Management.

In her off time Rebekah enjoys shooting archery, cooking, and scavenging for antiques to restore and decorate her home.
