Nathan Donovan

Nathan Donovan brings over a decade of construction experience to his role as Project Coordinator at GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling, backed by a Construction Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and an OSHA 30 certification in commercial projects. His roots in ground-up commercial construction gave him a deep understanding of how exterior façade systems work together — knowledge he puts to use every day when helping homeowners navigate complex problems, whether that’s tracking down a stubborn leak or engineering the right flashing detail between systems. Nathan has worn every hat the industry has to offer — tool belt, contractor, and company owner — and that full-circle perspective means he approaches every job with the confidence and care of someone whose name is on the line.

For Nathan, helping a client isn’t just about solving a problem — it’s about taking their vision and building a clear roadmap from first conversation to finished project. He lives by Maya Angelou’s words: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” — a philosophy that drives his belief that customer service comes above all else. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him outdoors coaching his kids’ little league teams, hunting and fishing, or finding any excuse to get out on the water.
