As a small town in Texas, Coyote Flats is known to be pretty conservative, but that hasn’t stopped it from developing a thriving business community with roots that go back decades. City Center Alvarado, TX

City Center is an area which is in Johnson County. It’s right smack dab in the middle of Alvarado, which is a suburb of the city of Fort Worth located nearby. City Center has a sort of mix between suburban and rural that’s very appealing to families. Many people own their homes here. It’s also close to many restaurants and nightlife options since it’s smack dab in the middle of Alvarado.

The Homesteads

The Homesteads community is 7 miles northeast of downtown Alvarado and 14 km away from the county seat of Midlothian. It’s close to several school districts so it’s a great place if you want your kids to go to local schools—and who doesn’t? The Homesteads neighborhood was established between 1970 and 1999, with a number of new residences built since 2000. The area has a diverse population, with the highest percentage of Mexican nationality among residents here.

Happy Hill

Happy Hill Acres is a neighborhood in Alvarado that features homes of various sizes and at various price points. The residents enjoy the pleasant atmosphere as well as being close to local schools, parks, shopping centers, and medical facilities. The Happy Hill community dates back to 1974 and continues to develop over time. It is close to Alvarado High School and the Alvarado Independent School District; this neighborhood stands out for having mostly mobile homes as its residential real estate.

The Happy Hill Acres neighborhood has a unique feature. There are more people with British ancestry living in it than just about 95% of the neighborhoods in America. This is a very interesting fact because it shows how this neighborhood has a higher percentage of people born in the United Kingdom than the country as a whole. It’s an excellent choice for British families with kids or those that want to immerse themselves with the Brits.

Alvarado East

Alvarado East is a suburban neighborhood. It is a peaceful neighborhood that’s also eco-friendly. Additionally, it is known for being dog friendly as well as welcoming. The neighborhood has been reviewed by many of its residents as being a friendly environment where they don’t worry about their things getting stolen or vandalized. It’s also close to Massey’s BBQ, which is a local favorite.

The Crime in Alvarado

Property crimes in Alvarado that include theft and arson tend to be higher, with 41.8% while the national average is 35.4%.
