City Center Alvarado, TX

City Center is an area which is in Johnson County. It’s right smack dab in the middle of Alvarado, which is a suburb of the city of Fort Worth located nearby. The Homesteads

The Homesteads community is 7 miles northeast of downtown Alvarado and 14 km away from the county seat of Midlothian. It’s close to several school districts so it’s a great place if you want your kids to go to local schools—and who doesn’t? The Homesteads neighborhood was established between 1970 and 1999, with a number of new residences built since 2000. The area has a diverse population, with the highest percentage of Mexican nationality among residents here.

Happy Hill

Happy Hill Acres is a neighborhood in Alvarado that features homes of various sizes and at various price points. The residents enjoy the pleasant atmosphere as well as being close to local schools, parks, shopping centers, and medical facilities. The Happy Hill community dates back to 1974 and continues to develop over time. It is close to Alvarado High School and the Alvarado Independent School District; this neighborhood stands out for having mostly mobile homes as its residential real estate.

Alvarado East

Alvarado East is a suburban neighborhood. It is a peaceful neighborhood that’s also eco-friendly. Additionally, it is known for being dog friendly as well as welcoming.
